The Kay SL offers all the advantages of the BIRKENSTOCK classics Tokio & Boston combined in one model. If required, the upper instep strap can be folded back and then offers additional support as a heel strap. The super outsole is non-slip, offers ideal rolling properties, and is also oil- and grease-resistant. Its EVA midsole, in the leather version, has an additional soft footbed. It cushions every step permanently and reliably, even for sensitive feet. This high degree of flexibility and sure-footedness is particularly in demand in the medical sector. All super outsole models are tested for slip resistance according to the specifications of EN ISO 20347:2012 and achieve the best possible category (SRC).
