The Kay SL offers all the advantages of the classic BIRKENSTOCK models Tokio & Boston combined in one. The upper instep strap can be folded back if needed and then serves as a heel strap for additional support. The Super-outsole is slip-resistant, offers ideal rolling motion, and is also oil- and grease-resistant. Its EVA midsole in the leather version features an additional soft footbed. It cushions every step durably and reliably – even for sensitive feet. This high degree of flexibility and sure-footedness is especially in demand in the medical field. All Super-outsole models are tested for slip resistance according to EN ISO 20347:2012.
